TERM OF SERVICES
By Commissioning me you agree to these following conditions:
-All commissions are paid upfront, at this moment I accept Paypal, Venmo and Cashapp.
-Payment of any kind is sent via friends or family (USD).
-No refund is granted after a sketch is shown or completed commission.
Artist Terms
Commissioning me means you’re purchasing my artist labor, I have all copyrights over my work, meaning they can be used as examples in my portfolios and samples in commission examples:
-I cannot and will not claim the character and will not reuse/resell the image for personal profit unless agreed upon.
-I respect the request not to publicly post your commission.
-I have the right to reject your commission, no questions asked.
Commissioner Terms
As the contractor I give you permission to upload the commission as long as you credit me correctly:
-You have all rights to the IP.
-You cannot claim the work I have done as your own, edit it or set it up to resell in other forms.
-You can only resell my works if we agree upon it.
Final Term
This is the final term, tells you what I will draw and what I will not draw:
I Will Draw:
- Feral
- anthro
- Human/Humanoid
- Most Poses
I Will Not Draw:
- Certain species such as; Mochiraptors, Dutch angel dragons, etc. Please ask about the species you want me to draw before commissioning me
-Violence towards you or others
-Hardcore Gore
-Pornography of any kind.
